Cal/OSHA Injury Tracking and Recordkeeping Requirements
Employers in California that have establishments meeting certain requirements are required annually to electronically submit Form 300A injury and illness data by March 2 of each year Cal-OSHA regulation. Other employers may be required to maintain an OSHA 300 log and post the 300A each February – April, which can be obtained on this website.
