We write business through appointed brokers. If you are interested in obtaining a direct appointment, please email us at Marketing@ri-net.com, or call (818) 382-1007 M-F between 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Pacific Time.

You have two options for accessing Loss Runs. You can generate Loss Runs yourself if your agency is appointed and you are registered on the Republic Indemnity website. If you are registered, go to the Broker Login page (above). Under "Quick Links" on the right side of the screen, click "Loss Run Reports." The second option is to send an email request to lossrunrequests@ri-net.com.

You can download supplemental applications and other broker materials when you click on the Broker tab above. Click on "Resources" then click on "Supplemental Applications."

Login to the Broker page (above, right). Commission Statements are available under the "Billing" tab at the top of the page. You can also request your Direct Bill Commission Statement by sending an email to billing@ri-net.com.

We do not write stand-alone USL&H policies. Appointed brokers should contact their underwriter to discuss incidental USL&H needs for a specific policy.

We write workers' compensation insurance in the Western states. Go to our "About Us" page to see a list of states. Please contact your underwriter for more information.

We only accept submissions from appointed brokers. Email your submissions directly to your underwriter or where your underwriter is located:

Marketing materials are under the Brokers tab on public site. If you are logged into the secure Brokers page, you will find marketing materials under "Resources."

Login to the Brokers page in the upper right corner of this page. Click the “Policies” tab at the top of screen and then click on the policy number you want. Click on "Documents."

To obtain a copy of this form, send an email to Marketing@ri-net.com. Please include your producer code.

If you forgot your user ID, you can reset it after you click on the Login page and click on the appropriate link. Or you can provide your policy number and email address to Marketing@ri-net.com. If you need additional help, please call the Help Desk (818) 382-1007 between 7 am-3:30 pm PST and we will be happy to assist in retrieving your user ID.

You can reset your password using the “Forgot your password” link once you click on the Login page (Top, right). To reset your password you will need to provide your user ID, the email address associated with your account, and your producer code. After account verification, a temporary password will be emailed to you.

Loss Control safety posters, bulletins, and other resources can be viewed and downloaded from the Employers tab. Click the dropdown and go to Loss Control and then "Loss Control Resources."

Click on the Brokers Login page in the top right corner. A new page "Welcome Brokers of Republic Indemnity" will appear. Click on "Register Now," which appears in the middle of the page. 

Payroll reporting is received from the insured’s payroll provider and is based on their payroll frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly). The premium is calculated, and payments are automatically withdrawn from their bank account. Credit card payments are not accepted for this program.

Please ask the underwriter if the payroll provider is already integrated. If not, we will inquire if the payroll provider is willing to partner with us to service our mutual client. We recommend that the insured also inform their representative of their interest in the Pay-As-You-Go integration. We will communicate with the new payroll company to discuss the integration process and set up. If they are willing to integrate, they may charge a processing fee. If they are not willing to integrate, the insured can self-administer, which requires that they report the payroll themselves through the dedicated Pay-As-You-Go portal.

Brokers are required to notify their underwriters prior to renewal of this payment option and provide the payroll company information. We will also require the name, email address, and phone number of the person from their company who will be responsible for the initial registration.

The insured will receive an email to register the policy and enter their bank information.  When payrolls are received and processed, they will receive an email with the premium balance and the date the funds will be withdrawn from their bank account. No waiting for invoices from the mail, no checks to send, all information is accessible from the Pay-As-You-Go website.

The major Premier Payroll Connections are Run Powered by ADP, Paychex, Gusto, Quickbooks Online, Paycom, and others. Please check as these companies are updated periodically. The Premium Payroll Connections require an annual integration fee of $240.00.

The larger payroll providers restricted integration with outside carriers and have recently allowed payroll integration for workers’ comp purposes through a 3^rd party for a nominal annual fee of $240 to be paid by the policyholder. Consent and payment of the fee is addressed during the registration process.

Traditional payroll reporting plans may require a down payment and are completely self-administered; payrolls are reported monthly (1^st – 30^th). The insured is required to complete the form or enter the data through Epayroll. Audit statements and Invoices are generated and mailed or emailed. Checks, credit cards, EFT and AutoPay are an option for payment.

Republic does not charge a fee.

There is no difference in rate. 

Pay-As-You-Go – https://republicindemnity.payrollpl.us/ provides only payroll and billing details.

The general website - www.republicindemnity.com provides claims, coverage information, billing, and payment information (for all other pay plans) and limited payment information on Pay-As-You-Go policyholders.
